I was asked by a fellow traveler who is converting a Transit Mk1 into an overlander using an LT230r transfer case in a remote setup if I had a 3D model of the transfer box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do but it’s not a detailed model, but enough for a mock up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LT230R is an excellent transfer case and many gear ratios are available, it is strong , reliable, and easy to repair, things you can’t say about many other manufacturer’s transfer cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
