I wanted tougher version of the plastic shield which I had smashed, So I decided an aluminum version was needed, then I went to my spares and found I had a plastic one in perfect condition so I used that but before I fitted it I modeled it for the future. this hasn’t been tested if you you want the model just open your big fat gob and ask then use at your own risk, but it will not be far off. It will need a couple off bobbins in nylon to locate the base, I recommend some foam rubber strip to seal against the rads, and on the base to stop it rotting away due to steel\/Ally issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
